Shipping policy

Processing times:

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We strive to process and package orders as fast as possible but as a small business, it is possible that processing times may occasionally be longer if order volumes are high.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number.

Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD

(Standard shipping can take up to 2 - 8 business days)

Express Shipping: $12.95 AUD

(Express shipping can take up to 1 - 4 business days)

All orders $75.00 AUD or over are eligible for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. We do endeavor to make your items trackable, however this may not always be the case with some international orders. 

International shipping times are dependent on the country, however, a rough time frame of 6-27 business days from shipping date is likely. As Willoh Collective is shipped via Australia post, any additional costs regarding import taxes and customs are the customer's responsibility. Willoh Collective is not liable for including but not limited to international customs or service tax charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at willohcollective@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
